  • Cash BookFinancials

    A financial function used to record and reconcile bank transactions, receipts, payments and cash movements.

  • Chart of AccountsFinancials

    The structured list of general ledger accounts used to classify financial transactions for reporting and control.

  • Cloud ERPFoundation / Platform

    A deployment approach where the ERP system is hosted and accessed through managed cloud infrastructure rather than only on local servers.

  • Consignment noteDistribution

    A document used in despatch and freight processes to identify goods being shipped and support delivery tracking.

  • Contra journalFinancials

    An accounting entry used where a party is both customer and supplier, allowing balances to be offset between AP and AR where appropriate.

    A potential customer or sales opportunity that has not yet become a qualified opportunity or customer.

  • Lead timeSupply Chain

    The expected time between placing an order or starting a process and receiving the goods or completing the activity.
