After reviewing your CV, we have an initial call to understand your background and what you're after. If there's a strong match, we brief you fully on the role and client before making any introduction. Client interviews are usually one or two rounds, followed by offer and negotiation. We represent you through the whole process and won't submit your CV anywhere without your explicit approval.
For active roles, first contact to offer commonly takes two to four weeks, but the main factor is the client's interview schedule and decision process. Your start date then depends on your notice period. Urgent contract engagements can move faster. We keep you informed at every stage, no silence for weeks, no mystery.
