Be specific: list every Pronto Xi module you have used, the size of the environment (number of users and sites), your role in any implementations or upgrades, and your industry background. Generic CVs without Pronto-specific detail are harder to place. A one-paragraph summary of your Pronto history at the top of the CV makes a significant difference.

After reviewing your CV, we have an initial call to understand your background and what you're after. If there's a strong match, we brief you fully on the role and client before making any introduction. Client interviews are usually one or two rounds, followed by offer and negotiation. We represent you through the whole process and won't submit your CV anywhere without your explicit approval.

For active roles, most candidates move from first contact to offer within two to four weeks. Urgent engagements can move faster. We keep you informed at every stage, no silence for weeks, no mystery. If a role is not moving, we'll tell you why.
